Online shopping is amazing. We are proud to offer a uniquely curated selection of goods, many from local makers and small family-owned businesses from around the world. As a small business, shipping is expensive - we do not get postage deals like Amazon or other big corporations. The amount we charge for shipping rarely covers the actual cost of shipping. Therefore, to reduce the chance that a product is not right for you and will require refund or exchange, we encourage you to reach out to us with your questions! Need a better idea of the colour or dimensions? Would you like some additional pictures of the product? Please email us! We would be happy to provide you as much detail about each of our products as we can.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item. Exchanges may be for product or store credit. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for product that is returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.
In-store Refund + Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase for refund or exchange on unused products in their original condition. Items returned with a gift receipt are eligible for exchange only. Original packaging must accompany returns. Receipt required for returns. Plants and skin care items are final sale.

All in-store and online sale items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
